Shipping & Returns
All the items we have available for sale are stocked in our warehouse so we will ship within ONE BUSINESS DAY of the order date. If there is an availability issue with your order we will notify you by email on how we can resolve it.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
You will get an email when your order is shipped with the tracking number. Everything we ship will not require a signature upon delivery unless desired by you.
Since we carry such a variety of products we ship our products according to weight. We will ship most shipments in boxes but some will make more sense putting in a bubble envelope. Some heavier items will be shipped in the USPS Flat Rate Padded Envelope.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. International orders are sent via U.S. Post Office First Class International Mail. If your country is not on our shipping list please notify us on how we can deliver the product to you.
The shipping charges paid to River Guide Supply do not include any duty fees or other charges that any government or agency may add to your shipment. Those fees are not in our control and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Anyone concerned wth what the duty or other fees may be added or charged should research those costs before ordering from River Guide Supply. The amount we charge is the amount it costs for us to get the package on its way to you and may not be the only charge inccured during its way to you.
River Guide Supply has a commitment to you as a customer to provide quality products and service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you bought you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date.
